One of 861 copies of which 600 are for distribution in America through Random House. This copy is #590 signed by Stephens in the colophon. Bound in patterned boards with brown cloth spine and paper label on front cover and spine. Corners are bruised, head of spine worn, spine scuffed and there is some edgewear.
