Yellow saddle-stapled wrappers; 21 pp. Issued by the Sacco-Vanzetti National League in the wake of the men's execution on Aug. 23, 1927. "This pamphlet presents a brief summary of the facts surrounding the Sacco-Vanzetti case from which a conclusion may be reached concerning the fairness of the trail and sufficiency of evidence." Written by the wealthy atheist, William Floyd, editor of the humanist monthly, "The Arbitrator," which was also the distributor of this pamphlet. The Sacco-Vanzetti National League was originally organized under the name Citizens National Committee. Their purpose was to prevent the execution and draw national attention to the case, but after Sacco and Vanzetti were executed the group changed its name to the Sacco-Vanzetti National League to keep the memory of the men alive.
