Spine ends lightly rubbed else a fine copy in original color pictorial dust jacket (a bit worn with some creasing, small chips and clean tears, and spine a bit sunned).
1960 edition with the Dick Martin dust jacket art. The 16th canonical Oz book and the second written by Ruth Plumly Thompson. Prince Pompadore sets out with his friend, Kabumpo the Elegant Elephant, to seek the hand of Princess Ozma so as to thwart a prophecy that has doomed his land to disappear forever! The Dick Martin dust jackets were only available for a few brief years but have their devotees among Oz collectors. Bienvenue p104.
