NY: Farrar, Straus & Giroux. Fine in Very Good+ dust jacket. 1965. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. White cloth titled in gilt, stamped in yellow, yellow topstain. Stated first printing. Spine ends mildly softened, top board edges foxed, tiny spot to rear board else fine unmarked condition. The DJ in mylar with flap price intact has two short closed tears at spine head and creasing to top of front panel, a few fingerprints, some rubbing to spine foot. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
