Hard cover published by Harper & Row in 1968. Dark tan covers with black background and gilt lettering on spine. Covers have slight edge wear, and upper corners are slightly bumped, with small wrinkles. DJ is slightly faded on spine, has some wrinkling at bottom by spine, and slight creasing along top edge. DJ has some small stains and is in good condition. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 304 pages; Signed by Author .
