New York: Major & Knapp, 1865. Good. 1 sheet 18 x 12 cm. "The Major & Knapp Eng. Mf'g. & Lith. Co. 449 Broadway, NY." -- lower left-hand corner. This was apparently from a section of the 1865 Manual titled Murray Hill, as that title runs above the image. Shows a two-and-a-half-story frame house with trees surrounded by three-story brick buldings. In Good Condition: old dampstain along lower edge and left side.
