London: George Robinson, 1772. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Fair. 4to, pp. title page, 4 page list of subscribers, advertisement, 'Argument', 50, errata, original gilt tooled full leather, much scuffed and rubbed, spine splitting and with minor losses, paper title to cover 'Lakes of Killarney' (sic), corners bumped, edges rubbed, missing ffep, vignette on title page has been excised and title page reinforced, text grubby throughout, small tear on fore edge of last page, binding sound. A somewhat melancolic copy of the rare first edition; a second, octavo, edition was published in Dublin in the same year.
