Collins, London, 1990,. see description. first edition, large 8vo (with a 60mm-wide spine) and heavy, xiv,654pp, 74 photographs with some from HM The Queen's private collection and from that of others, and a surprising 32 from the Al Fayed collection [which probably explains a lot], tinted endpapers, publisher's boards, title gilt on spine, portrait-illustrated dw, signature on front free endpaper otherwise almost as new.
