Folio Society,, 2001. 3 vols., 8vo., First Edition thus, with coloured frontispieces, coloured and monochrome plates, and maps in the text; pictorial cloth, gilt backs, burgundy tops and endpapers, a near fine set in publisher's board slip-case blocked and lettered in gilt. The volumes of Wedgwood's classic trilogy were first published in 1955, 1958 and 1964 respectively. SCARCE, ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION.
