Very Good. 5 1/2 x 7 1/2 in. 720 pp. Green cloth boards with red and gilt titles and deciration. 450 plates and many NY adverts, plus a fold-out map of Manhattan. Condition is VERY GOOD ; corners worn, covers clean with some foxing/toning. Spine moderately toned with some loss to the ends. Binding tight and text bright and unmarked. Fold-out map is very good with two minor splits at a fold, no other wear. NY. RGR.
