About This Item

London: J. M. Dent & Sons, 1941. Hardcover. Good. Neat Dent edition of Beaumont and Fletcher's pioneering play, a satire, perhaps the first, of chivalric romances and culture. First performed in 1607. Rubbing to edges. Extremely light foxing to top edge. A couple of instances of light pencil underlinding within. Otherwise clean and tight. Good.
