Fernwood Press, 2004. First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. The boards are pristine, square and strong, with no identifiable defect to them. The dust jacket is the slightest touch edge worn, but also remains crisp and bright. Internally, the half title page has some faint pencil markings on it. the pages within are immaculate and whole. There are no other markings or inscriptions and the book as a whole is marvellous. The binding is tight, and it is presented beautifully in cellophane. JV.K.
