Scholastic Inc., 1987. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Fine. FIRST EDITION. Hardcover. Laminated full color cover with a dust jacket. Cover is in very fine condition. Dust jacket is aged but is in very fine condition. Pages are gloss and full color, full of photographs in the story of Koko, the gorilla, and how it was born in the San Francisco zoo and taught sign language. The body pages are slightly browning at the edges, but are still very clean and crisp, and the photographs are very vivid and colorful. Previous owner's name and address and phone numbers inside front flysheet with a heartfelt statement about the gorilla. Photographs by Dr. Ronald H Cohn. Overall, this book and its dust cover is in very fine condition.
