About This Item

New York, NY M. Heminway & Sons Silk Co. , 1886. Paperback Second Edition (1886), Revised & Enlarged. Very Good in Wraps: shows indications of careful use: a small scuffed area at the outside edge of the rear panel; mild rubbing and several small soil spots to the wrapper covers; the text pages have tanned just slightly, due to aging; the binding is square and secure; the text is clean. Free of any creases. Free of any ownership names, dates, addresses, notations, inscriptions, stamps, plates, or labels. A handsome, lightly-used copy, showing several very minor flaws. No longer 'As New', but remains clean, sturdy, and quite presentable for a 130-year-old copy.. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 12mo. (7.3 x 4.95 x 0.3 inches). 76 pages + 9 pages of Advertisements at the rear. Original price: 25 Cents. Language: English. Weight: 3 ounces. Second Edition (1886), Revised & Enlarged. Paperback: Colorful Vintage Pictorial Wraps. There are many reprints out there, but this is the real deal (though not the first edition), published in 1886, with vintage full-color-tinted covers.
