Lake Ngami was discovered in 1849 by David Livingstone, only a short time before Andersson [1827 - 1867] visited. 8vo, xviii, 433 pp, w/ 4 pp ads and 1 pink tipped in advertisement, original green embossed cloth covers, gold title on spine, 55 b & w illustrations. Spine ruffled at head and foot, covers dusty, interior clean, fox spotting to early leaves. This edition published with a 4 page letter from John Charles Fremont printed in the front.
