Henry Altemus, 1895. Hardcover. Acceptable. Hardbound. Pretty little book with gold foil design on front board depicting a forest and a winged figure playing twin flutes. Design imprinted onto beige cloth wrapped boards. Gilt is faded. Former library book and has former library name stamped on the inside in various places. The old card pocket and date due stickers have been removed, with discard stamps throughout. Cloth of the boards and along spine strip has darkened throughout the decades. Dented and worn corner tips. Worn spine ends. Book cocks. Gold staining on top edge of textblock is faded. Splitting in hinges between paste-downs and FEP. Sewn binding is in good shape. Original red ribbon bookmarker is still in place. 273 pages.
