About This Item
New York: Harper & Brothers, 1950. Later Printing . Hardcover. Good/Good. Clare Turlay Newberry. A Good copy in decorated blue cloth, in a Good dust jacket with general mild edge-wear, and a tear at the top edge of the front panel. Not price-clipped ($1.50). Spotting to the cover cloth, but no mustiness. The binding is sound, and there are no prior owner's marks. No statement of printing, with only 1941 at the copyright page, but the latest Newberry title listed on the rear dust jacket flap was published in 1950, so an early reprint of the original edition. (Not ex-library.)
