London: Seeley, Service & Co , 1928. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 8vo, pp272 complete with 16 pages of b/w photographic plates and fold- out map to rear. Hardcover, no dust jacket. Publishers original red cloth binding with gilt lettering to spine and gilt design to front board in fair condition. The spine itself has detached and is hanging on by a thread and is slightly water marked . The boards are in very good condition with a minor water marks to back board. Inside however except for a little intermittent foxing all pages and plates with top edge dyed red are in very good condition with tight binding.
