Hardback. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall Bound in clean green cloth with bright, silver titles to spine, this 1949 hardback First Edition is VG in Vg wrapper. (unclipped). (V111)/181pp with 35 Chapters, 13 full-page B/w illustrations and half-page headpiece illustrations to each chapter. Wrapper has tiny chips at top/tail of spine, 3 very small closed tears and tiny abrasion to center of spine: book beneath unaffected and VG .
