A clean, Very Good copy with some wear to the bottom board fore edges and some darkening to the top page edges. Very Good mylar-protected dust jacket has some edge wear and chipping at the spine ends. An attractive and highly collectable copy overall. Scarce in the jacket and in this condition. 262 pp., richly illustrated, many photos by Julius Shulman including the frontispiece photo of a pool garden in Beverly Hills and 16 other Shulman photos, landscape drawings for Gregory Ain's Park Planned Homes in Altadena, 7 drawings of Ain's Mar Vista Housing landscaping, 14 drawings of Ain's Co-Operative Housing in the San Fernando Valley landscaping, 8 landscape drawings and 4 photos of the Mutual Housing Authority's Crestwood Hills development designed by A.
