One of 260 numbered copies, signed by Russell and with a presentation by him to John Tufts, M.D. Octavo. xiv, 158 pp. plus folding map, two portraits and facsimiles of the original title pages. Publisher's quarter tan cloth over blue boards, printed paper spine label. Extra spine label bound in at rear. Small snag to spine and minor edge wear to label (which is easily remedied by using the extra label). Leo Wyatt engraved typographic bookplate (KEH). A very good copy.
