All hard bound in either first or later printings, some with dust jackets and some without. Complete signed set of 11 volumes of Upton Sinclair's Lanny Budd Series. All cloth bound copies. Bindings are solid and pages tight on all eleven volumes. Photos available upon request. 1. World's End (1940). Inscribed ""To Basil Gordon, with best wishes"" by Upton Sinclair. Basil Gordon was a major mathematician who taught at UCLA. This is the 10th printing of June 1947. Bottom corner light-moderately bumped else a tight and clean, very good or better copy in red cloth with bright silver titles to spine. No dust jacket. 2. Between Two Worlds (1941). Published in March 1941 and printed in the USA by American Book - Stratford Press. Red cloth with bright silver titles to front board and spine. True first edition flat-signed ""Best Wishes, Upton Sinclair"" on front free endpaper. Tight and clean - a very good or better copy. 3. Dragon's Teeth (1945), Viking Press. 7th Printing. Very good or better in light-moderately edge-torn, near very good dust jacket. Cream cloth with red lettering to front board and spine. Flat-signed by Sinclair and dated Nov. 20, 1963 by the author on the front free endpaper (Sinclair was deceased on November 25, 1968). 4. Wide is the Gate (New York: Viking Press, 1943), first printing, inscribed ""to Dr. AG Gerrie with sincere regards, Upton Sinclair"". Tight and clean - a very good or better copy. No dust jacket. 5. Presidential Agent (1945), published by the author, New York City and Monrovia, California. First true edition in dull red cloth with silver lettering to spine, and flat-signed by Sinclair on front free endpaper. Covers moderately soiled otherwise very good in fourth printing very good dust jacket from the Viking Press, with slight chipping to extremities of jacket. 6. Dragon Harvest (1945), Viking Press. first printing. Red cloth with bright silver lettering to front board and spine. Signed by the author under his printed name on the title page. A very good or better copy in quite heavily edge chipped dust jacket in archival mylar. 7. A World to Win (1946), published by the author in Monrovia, California. True first edition in red cloth with silver title to top of spine. Inscribed to the British writer Phyllis Bottome (Phyllis Forbes Dennis) on front free endpaper. A very good copy in edge chipped dust jacket in archival mylar. 8. Presidential Mission (1947), first printing published by the author in Monrovia, California and printed in the USA by The American Book-Stratford Press, Inc.. Flat-signed by author on front free endpaper. Acceptable condition with some water stains to cloth covers and moderate fraying to heel of spine. No dust jacket. 9. One Clear Call (1948), published by the author in Monrovia, California; bound in red cloth and flat-signed on the front free endpaper by Upton Sinclair. Side edge marked up somewhat with some water-staining else a tight and clean, very good or better copy. No dust jacket. 10. O Shepherd, Speak! (1949). First printing published in July 1949 by the author in Monrovia, California, and flat-signed by Sinclair on the front free endpaper. Bound in red cloth with silver title to upper spine. Bottom front corner lightly bumped else a tight and clean, very good or better copy. No dust jacket. 11. The Return of Lanny Budd (1953). New York: Viking Press, 1953, first printing. Very good in very good dust jacket in archival mylar and flat-signed by the author on the front free endpaper.
