Modern quarterbinding. 17 cm. Foxing (mostly minor and itermittent). All page edges red (probably added when this was previously rebound). One folding plate in Tome I misfolded with resulting wear in right margin. French text. Nollet was a French clergyman and the first professor of experimental physics at the Universite de Paris.
