Black cloth w/silver foil spine lettering, 326 pages (including endnotes, appendix, a note on sources, index, acknowledgements, brief author biography), illustrated. A bumped corner, bumped spine ends, lightly scuffed cloth, small indentation to front cover, in lightly scuffed dust jacket w/a couple of small indentations to front panel, thin scratches, minor wear to corners/spine ends. Uncommon in hardcover. This weighs more than the average book, so additional postage will probably be required..
