London, England: Ernest Nister. Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 5" x 7. FAIR / NO DUST JACKET. [no date] (circa 1901 according to WorldCat) Ernest Nister: London, England and E.P. Dutton: New York, New York, U.S.A. unpaged, about 20 pages. Text clean and unmarked. Minor foxing. Text decorated with borders and colored initial letters in red, blue and gilt. Seven full page color illustrations. Leatherette boards lettered gilt at front and decorated with full color illustration, lightly soiled and darkened with age, edges rubbed, corners worn to boards, spine top and tail chipped, dampstain at lower back corner. Original stapled textblock intact and firm, but staples are starting to rust. Text remains well attached to boards.
