Maroon buckram, minimally bumped and rubbed, with gilt lettering on the spine and front board. Bound with a bit of reading wear and a slight forward lean, clean internally. A collection of Harte's lectures that include, among others, "The Argonauts of '49," and "American Humor," in which Harte discusses the work of Mark Twain.
