New York: Simon & Schuster, 1987. First US Edition/First Printing. Hardcover. Good/Fair. Full number line down to and including 1. In rose boards and blue spine cloth with silver type. Signed by all three authors on title page. Sadly, the books suffered a spill and faint moisture staining is present from heel of spine cloth around and across bottom of rear board. Small portion to bottom of text block next to spine as well. Jacket is unclipped with some wear and creasing in addition to more noticeable moisture staining due to color transfer from book from front panel adjacent spine to bottom and inside of rear flap.
