Bright gilt title over minimally bumped spine. Plain blue cloth boards bumped on foredge corners of upper board. Endpapers lightly foxed, else textblock edges minimally flecked. No dustjacket. Florence Becker Lennon (b.1895-d.1984) has produced an interesting biography of Lewis Carroll (pseudonym of Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, b. 1832-d.1898), whose 'Alice' books have remained best sellers for more than a century.
