Foxing to most pages; gutters strained, volume loose. Annotations in gutters and underlining on pages 287/8.

Pioneer Head, 1975. Limited Edition. Hardcover. Good. Dustwrapper has considerable rubbing and wear to all edges with a number of tears and some creasing. Wrapper has been internally repaired with special non acidic archive tape and is now in a removable clear protective sleeve. Not price clipped, previous owners name to free front end paper, no other inscriptions, illustrated. Clean copy internally with very little wear. Number 474 of a 1000 copy limited edition. Heavy book, will require additional postage outside the UK.

The boards are tidy and healthy and steady. The papertrims are splashed with foxing. Within, the contents are pleasingly tidy.
