Book interior VERY FINE, Dust Jacket Near Fine. Book has black cloth boards and red cloth spine with white embossed lettering. Title is also embossed in red and white on cover. Hard and free end pages front and back have large drawing from Al Hirschfeld 1954, showing 75 movie stars. Back inside cover has a minor wrinkle done in publication. Book is clean, tight, bright, crisp. Very faint whitish mark on bottom edge of cover boards from being on the shelf. Dust jacket NOT PRICE CLIPPED, bright colours. DJ has a few small rips, one on back is 1/2 inch, one on front is 3/8 inch, also some minor chipping and small pin dots of the red colour on DJ is worn off on back, also on front fold of DJ is a hole 1/8 in x 1/2 inch and inside of dust jacket is age darkened a bit along the top. A wonderful book in wonderful condition. Coated stock. Lots of colour & black/white photos. Book is oversize and heavy. Since book is oversize, most photos are very large, full page. Photos on every page. If you love movie stars from back then, you must have this book. Done with typical Time-Life quality. Dust jacket has lots of colour photos and cover photos. .

My books are from a large private collection, very well taken care of and rarely handled. All descriptions and photos are of the actual books I'm selling. I'm happy to answer any questions regarding my books, just ask. IMPORTANT RE POSTAGE: I'm in Canada so books to the USA/Other Countries are International shipments and may be delayed by CUSTOMS and/or HOMELAND SECURITY. I'm using the Biblio standard postage matrix, which gives average postage fees, therefore sometimes for an OVERSIZE or LARGE heavy book or expensive book, the postage may be too low and may require extra charges. If I know this in advance, I will notify the buyer before the order is processed.

This is not a huge book warehouse, it is a small one-owner store run by a true book lover. POSSIBLE DELAYS: I'm elderly and disabled and while this usually does not cause a delay in order processing, it sometimes may cause a small delay for me to get to the post office.
