About This Item

James Cundee and J. Nuttall, Liverpool,, 1806. 370 and 48 and 10(index) pages. Of the 14 plates called for three are missing (Saving crew, Death and funeral procession). Most of the rermaining plates are either browned or otherwise damaged and the plan of Trafalgar is largely missing. Text is generally fairly clean and tight but some leaves (often near the plates) are noticeably browned. Modern inscription on blank at start and old signature at top of title page. Pleasantly bound in old half leather and marbled boards with Gold on burgundy title label. So a good working copy.. Hardback. Good.
