About This Item
Life and Letters was a literary magazine from Britain in the late 1920s and 1930s. Editor MacCarthy was associated with the Bloomsbury group. These four volumes each feature 4-8 pieces of creative or critical work. Some are by familiar names like Bertrand Russell, Constant Lambert, Andre Maurois, and Vita Sackville-West (writing of all things, about Ukraine). There are also advertisements interesting for their time and place.

About Just My Books
I'm an individual seller in northern California. The inventory includes, besides a few of my personal books, others which I am selling on an informal consignment basis for a local art non-profit. I am new to the selling process as of summer 2021 and look forward to hearing from you.
