Volume 2; pp. x, 438; some foxing to endpapers; index; a good copy. Vol. 3; no bookplate or ex library stamps; pp. x, 440; epilogue; index; some insect damage to front endpapers; foxing to half title page; small ink stain to bottom of rear pages; a good copy. Three Volumes. Covers early life also Lusitania, the First World War and its lead up and aftermath. Volume 3 contains letters to President Woodrow Wilson from Page as American Ambassador in London.
