Dark blue leather Taffin binding with simple gilt titles and date to spines. T.e.g., red/black doublures with elaborate gilt dentelles and gilt tooling including the Imperial Arms at corners in gilt. Free endpapers with violet and pink flowers on pale yellow paper, next two pages larger purple flowers on pale green fabric, verso of second leaf plain white paper. PO signature to verso of second leaf in first volume, rest of text blocks tight and unmarked.
