London: Swan Sonnenschein & Co Limd, 1898 Book. Good. Hardcover. xxii, 391p + plates. Original green cloth, two small spots to front and lightly worn. Armorial bookplate to front pastedown - Sir Laurence Gomme. Then owned by local historian E.A.B. Barnard with his pencil signature to both bookplate and ffep. Tipped to ffep is an als from the author to EAB Barnard, 1924. Cutting tipped in on rear pastedown and obituary of MD Harris to front pastedown. Corner of one page of index has been folded over, otherwise a nice association copy..
