Long-running periodical on the small press world; this specifically about ORGS including one called the CCLM Coordinating Council of Literary Magazines with a full-page article signed by Russell Banks the director at the time. An about very good copy lightly soiled, covers creased. Quite scarce signed by Banks a major literary figure who began in the late 1960's in the small press worked both as a writer and publisher.
