Signed by both authors, as well as with an inscription by Weinberg, on the front free endpaper. There is additionally some ephemera laid-in which include a small thank you card signed by Weinberg and his wife and a Christmas card signed by Weinberg. Dan Weinberg is the owner of Abraham Lincoln Book Shop in Chicago.
