Tuscaloosa, Alabama: The Author, 1947. SIGNED AND INSCRIBED BY AUTHOR on front end page - "Best Wishes to "Norm" Duncan A great Fullback when going was tough, Tom Lieb". A great college football Association Copy. Tom Lieb was an All-American player at Notre Dame who then became an Assistant Coach under Knute Rockne. Lieb later became the Head Coach at Loyola Marymount and then the University of Florida. He was also a 2-time NCAA champion in the discus, and earned a bronze medal in the discus at the 1924 Olympics. Norm Duncan was a 3 year letterman at fullback for UCLA and is in that school's Hall of Fame. He later became head of the Physical Education Department at UCLA. Near Fine, gift book plate front paste down, small bumps front board, crease top corner front end page. . SIGNED AND INSCRIBED BY AUTHOR. Third Printing. Cloth.
