Salem, Mass.: S. E. Cassino Co.. 1913.. Five complete issues: January, March, April, May, and October 1913, black and white illustrations and ads, color paper dolls, 9 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches, color pictorial paper wrappers (softbound). Light wear, soiling and occasional splits and abrasions to covers; interiors generally in good condition, paper doll cut out from January issue, a few holes to first few pages of May issue (not affecting paper doll). Stories, poems, pictures for children. Also interesting ads for children's toys, clothing, personal products. These issues are notable for the paper dolls created by Margaret G. Hayes, the sister of Grace Drayton (whose illustrations include the Campbell Kids and Dolly Dingle paper dolls). The two would sometimes collaborate on projects. Each magazine has a one page paper doll (except for January: it has been cut out). An extremely uncommon publication of particular interest to the paper doll collector. .
