Black background with neon/dayglow illustration of a counterculture version of Little Orphan Annie, enjoying opium through a pipe. By Joe Petagno, an artist known for his psychedelic album covers, including some for Motorhead, Led Zeppelin and others. GOOD+ condition. Stored rolled thus heavy curling. Minor fading. Small tear at the upper center edge.
