Toronto: Copp, Clark Company 1907. (Limp leather in slipcase) 278pp. Very good, no dust jacket. Red leather with gilt decoration. Top edge gilt, ribbon page marker, decorated endpapers, index. There is a small dab of dried glue on the rear endpaper which has peeled away a corresponding bit of paper from the facing page, the slipcase is worn, lightly soiled and has residue from a price sticker.
