With illustrations by Richard Hale, along with plates bearing photographic portraits and journal entries. --- In dark green paper-covered boards backed in navy cloth, with paper labels to cover and spine. --- Despite wear to cover edges, partial loss of spine label, prior owner's signature to front paste-down, and some discoloration to a few leaves volume remains firm and solid.; Tall Octavo (9 to 10 in. tall); 183 pages .
