Black covers and spine with white titling, illustrated end papers, richly illustrated throughout with coloured photographs of puppets, instruments, muscians and performances from the royal courts of Yogyakarta, Surakarta and the Princely courts of Pakualaman and Mangkunegaran. 102 pages. Dust jacket is glossy black with gold titling to spine and front with a coloured photograph of the head of Arjuna. Some rubbing on the front cover, minor foxing on contents page and the opposite page. Dust jacket shows minor shelfwear and small light creases to the top of the spine.
