First edition/first printing in Very Good condition with rubbed spine, damp staining to front board, and light yellowing to front pastedown and front free end paper in Very Good+ dust-jacket with small closed tear to back; is the story of a young man who is struggling to find his place in the world. He is a product of a broken home and has never really had a stable relationship with his father. Dean is a talented artist but he has never been able to put his art to use. He is drafted into the military and is shipped to Iraq. While in Iraq, Dean becomes involved in a group of soldiers that are doing things that go against the military's rules. He is eventually discharged from the military and returns to the United States. He tries to find a way to make amends for his actions in Iraq and to rebuild his life.; 8vo; FSA .
