"Part of Congressional Record Free" printed in the upper left corner of the mailer. Each mailer has a different name: J H Sallinger U.S.S.; Wm Frye U.S.S. H I Love U.S.S.; and Chauncey M. Depew U.S.S.. Two of the mailers have pencil writing. Printed speech titles top of the paper. These are speech/message extracts taken from President Roosevelt; Hon. E. L. Hamilton of Michigan; Hon. Wm. Humphrey; and Hon. George W. Norris. Fair condition.
