[Northampton, MA and elsewhere], [No date, 1964, 1967 and 1968].. Seven items, various sizes and formats, leaflets and broadsides. Near fine to fine. An interesting lot of personal and press ephemera, comprised of the following: a) 1967 announcement of the wedding of Lisa and Leonard Baskin, folded leaflet, (10 x 11.4 cm); b) 1968 New Year's greeting from Lisa and Leonard Baskin, folded leaflet (13.5 x 11 cm); c) "Soli Deo Gloria ... Caslon 1785," folded leaflet (15 x 19.5 cm), outer panel comprised of Caslon decorative type ornaments; d) Birth announcement for Hosea Thomas Baskin, 27 December 1968, (18 x 12.8 cm); e) folded leaflet, undated New Year's greeting from the Gehenna Press; f) a folded broadside (30.2 x 17.5 cm), printed in black and red, on Japanese paper, an announcement of an exhibition featuring the newly published THE DEFENCE [sic] OF GRACCHUS BABEUF ... (the book appeared as THE DEFENSE ...), 1964; and a small, separate invitation to the exhibition (18 x 10 cm), printed on Japanese paper. Accompanied by two envelope addressed to the original recipients.
