Both volumes: dark blue boards with gilt titling to spine, top edge gilt with light soiling, scuffing to covers, shelf wear to head and foot of spine, rubbing to bottom edge, worn to boards at corners, name plate inside front cover, stamped Dec 18 1937 inside front cover, pages toned particularly around the edges Vol I: wear to boards at spine edge, Vol II:, bottom corners turned slightly inwards, sunning to spine. 1885 printing. Good condition.
