About This Item
Biography of Janis Joplin, by her younger sister, through a bunch of letters she found at their parents' house, plus a lot of interviews. Janis Joplin was said to have been able to drink Jim Morrison under the table and smack him up side his head with a beer bottle if he got fresh. She was one of a kind with an electrifying voice and stage presence. Nobody who ever saw her forgot her. The book is in near fine condition with only slight bumping at the top and bottom of the spine. The jacket has slight wrinkles at the top and bottom of the spine and very minor shelf wear. The author has inscribed and signed on the title page.
