The Lunning Prize was instituted by Frederik Lunning, owner of the New York agency for Georg Jensen. Th eprize was awarded to eminent Scandinavian designers, two a year, 1951-1970. The prize had a great importance for Scandinavian design during this vital period. Fine-looking, structurally sound hardcover, little discernible wear to the glossy pictorial covers, bright interior, unmarked. Foreword by Peter Anker et al. Bilingual edition, in Swedish and English. Contributions by two scholars for each of the two award-winners of each year from 1951-1970. [4], 5-214 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
