Hatler was one on Missouri's greatest heroes of World War I - He was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, the Distinguished Service Cross, the Croix de Guerre and the Italian War Cross. 221 pages .

DJ shows scuffing and soiling along with some edge and corner chips/tears, spine is also faded. Blue cloth boards underneath are clean and without issues. The internal binding is good and text pages are tight. The only handwriting found in the book is at the top of the front end page where there is "xxx" written in red pen., No other handwriting noted, no bookplates, no library markings, no remainder marks etc.
